According to the results of the investigation, 13 persons were informed 14 suspicions of budgeting, abuse of power or office, illegal enrichment and declaration of false information.
Among the suspects are officials of local self -government bodies, executive power, heads of utilities and private companies, in particular:
- Head of the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in Khmelnytsky Oblast (now holding a position in the Volyn Regional State Administration) – issued illegal orders for the transfer to the property of 49 hectares of agricultural land to third parties;
- The head of the emergency rescue detachment of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Khmelnytsky region-during public procurement in wartime, provided a private enterprise with an unreasonable overestimation of the cost of rescue kits;
- Head of the Department of Public Works of Khmelnytsky City Council, acting Director of KP “Parks and Square” and Director of the Contracting Society-in conspiracy they took possession of budget funds when arranging a public toilet;
- V. O. The heads of the Yarmolinets settlement council, the engineer of the technology and the director of the company – are suspected of waste funds allocated for road repair and purchase of generators;
- The chairman of the Polonsk City Council – did not amend the contract of the municipal institution, resulting in its management unreasonably paid overpriced wages;
- V. O. Heads of the Slobid-Kulchievtsi Village Council-introduced false data to the decisions of the session on the return of unit participation, which caused the distortion of budgetary funds.
- Three deputies of city councils did not declare in their declarations property for a total amount of more than 30 million UAH.
It should be reminded that the Drohobych City District Court of Lviv Oblast declared guilty of the Chief State Inspector of the Department of Support of Litigation of Legal Support of the State traffic police department in Lviv region in receipt of a bribe and imposed a fine of 42 500 UAH.
DBR exposed servicemen who demanded bribes for returning with the HCP without legal consequences for the fighters.
