The International Federation of Associations of Professional Football players (FIFPRO) combines more than 65,000 players from 66 national associations around the world and takes care of compliance with the proper conditions of their work.

Infantino focuses solely on economic indicators, completely ignoring structural difficulties. Although we do not oppose the economic growth or commercial development of football, we understand that there are need that need to be met with greater priority.

As an international trade union organization, we firmly state that we cannot talk about a new era in football unless we first solve the problem of structural inequality and abuse that penetrate it.

Today, as never before, FIFPro and its affiliate unions confirm their adamant devotion to the protection of labor, social and human rights of football players. We will continue to oppose abuse and demand fair, worthy and constant conditions, ” – said in a statement of the director of the organization.
