The commission will include representatives of the Council of Judges, the Council of Prosecutors, the Council of Advocates and the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine. GRP Chairman Hryhoriy Usyk did not mention the participation of international experts in the formation of the commission.

In their opinion, this can lead to the preservation of the effects of unscrupulous elites and the return of background appointments in the judicial system.
