“The NSDC decision introduced a real moratorium on business checks by state bodies and in general for any interference of state structures in business activities,” he said.
According to him, the moratorium gives the necessary basis for “full implementation of the necessary decisions for the sake of economic security and analysis of relevant practice.”
“Everything that Ukrainian business and partners cooperate with Ukraine should now support should be quickly and must be implemented. We need tangible economic results in the next six months,” the President added.
The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustem Umerov said that the moratorium concerns “unjustified checks”.
It will be coordinated, according to him, it is systematically:
- They will limit the number of checks, especially for small and medium -sized businesses.
- They will change the approach to risk -oriented supervision – control where “there are really threats, not at random.”
- They will start the audit of proceedings that block the work of enterprises for no good reason.
- They will be responsible for the pressure on the business and digitizing the processes to “be transparent”.
“Without real respect for entrepreneurship is impossible a stable economy. And without a stable economy, there is no strong army,” – summed up UMErov.
