The Bureau of Economic Security (Bab) has identified more than 2000 active contracts for the supply of electricity with energy companies affiliated with the Russian Podentation Oligarch Konstantin Grigoryshyn. It is about contracts concluded by oblenergo, state, utility companies, executive committees, military units, etc.
This was reported by the Bab press service.
According to the report, only since the beginning of the year the customers concluded 734 such contracts.
The names of the “Subancture Russian oligarch” do not indicate, but the circumstances of the case indicate Konstantin Grigorishin. The businessman has at the same time citizenship of Ukraine, Cyprus and the Russian Federation, and since the beginning of 2025 has been under the sanctions of the NSDC.
Grigoryshyn indirectly owns 100% of the authorized capital of large suppliers of electricity LLC “Eerra” and LLC “Erane Vinnitsa”. At the same time, they received orders from government agencies after imposing sanctions on their ultimate beneficial owner.
This violates the Cabinet resolution, which prohibits public procurement from legal entities, if their ultimate beneficial owner is a citizen of the Russian Federation (except for those living in Ukraine legally), explained in Bab.
“Given the significant risks for Ukraine’s economic and energy security, especially in the conditions of a full -scale war and violations of the sanction regime, the analytics of the bureau have sent recommendations to the State Audit Service, the NERCEP, the Ministry of Economy and the National Security Service for rejection of the proposals of these companies in current and future.
Earlier, the Cyprus authorities published a list of suspicious naturalizations in the period 2008-2012. Among the owners of gold passports were Ukrainian and Russian oligarchs, businessmen and ex-officials, including relatives of Igor Kolomoisky and businessman himself, Gennady Bogolyubov, Konstantin Grigorishin and Leonid Lebedev, as well as former NSDC.
