The Council has appointed 13 ministers to the Sviridenko government

The Verkhovna Rada supported 253 votes in the appointment of 13 new ministers to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Alexei Kuleb – Viceremier-Minister for Recovery, Minister of Community Development and Territories;

Taras Duck – Viceremier for European and Euro -Atlantic integration;

Matthew poor – Minister of Youth and Sports;

Herman Galushchenko – Minister of Justice;

Svetlana Grinchuk – Minister of Energy;

Natalia Kalmykova – Minister of Veterans;

Igor Klimenko – Minister of Internal Affairs;

Oksen is forest – Minister of Education and Science;

Victor Lyashko – Minister of Health;

Sergey Marchenko – Minister of Finance;

Alexei Sobolev – Minister of Economy, Ecology and Agriculture;

Denis Ulyutin – Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity.

Prehistory:

• On July 16, President Volodymyr Zelensky presented to the deputies of future members of the updated Cabinet of Ministers at a meeting of the “Servant of the People” faction on July 16.
• On July 14, 2025, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that he suggested the First Viceremier-Minister-Ministers of Economy Yulia Sviridenko to head the government in which then Prime Minister Denis Shmigal should hold the post of Minister of Defense.
• Schmigal filed a resignation application on July 15. The release of the premiere means the resignation of the entire government.
