20-year-old Vladislav Krapivtsov became entrenched in the Spanish club.

The main goalkeeper of the club will be the experienced Argentine Paulo Gassanig, and the first reserve will be the 20-year-old Ukrainian Vladislav Kravpivtsov-a goalkeeper, who has already established himself in training and is considered the future fat. It is not considered for rent because the club is convinced that he needs to remain in the team and be integrated. The third number will still be Juan Carlos.
Gassaniga became the undisputed main goalkeeper of Girona. After the transfer to the club, he spent 28 matches in his debut season, became the main one since October. In the 2023–24 season he played all 38 La League matches. Last year, he played regularly, missed only two duels at the end – when the team had no tournament tasks. If injured, he is likely to hold the whole tournament.
Krapivtsov made his debut in the last two matches of the previous season and deserved the trust of the club. The Sports Director of Girona has no doubt about his talents: “Vlad will serve as a reliable second goalkeeper and is able to replace Gassanig at any time.” However, this does not mean competition for the status of the first number – Kravkivtsov is preparing for the role of the second number, and its development and support will be an important investment of the club.
