The document stipulates that during the martial law, with the written consent of the commander of the military unit, the contract may be accepted by citizens aged 60 years of age, which are recognized as suitable for the military-medical commission.
Such contractors will be able to occupy the non -rated positions of ordinary, sergeant or officers, as well as a junior or senior officers.
The term of the contract for servicemen aged 60+ is one year with the possibility of concluding new contracts. Officers of the appropriate age will be able to sign the contract after the obligatory approval of the candidate with the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
The contract for this category of citizens establishes a test for two months. If the military has not passed the probationary term, the contract is broken.
In the event of termination or abolition of martial law, such contracts shall be terminated ahead of schedule.
