Shabunin’s defense insists that the legalization of searches occur with the participation of lawyers and Vitaliy himself, since investigators, in their opinion, grossly violated the law, coming without a court order to the part where he serves and to his family.
The CPC also declared a number of violations by DBR during searches. In particular, no arguments were argued for an urgent search without a court decision, attorneys were deliberately not allowed on time, and the removal of most equipment was not recorded on the video. In particular, the personal equipment of the Shabunin family was not concerned. In addition, the DBR threatened to remove lawyers during their process.
Vitaliy Shabunin is currently in Kiev and has received reports for interrogations, which is why he cannot return to the place of service.
