Manchester City midfielder James Makeyte can change the APL to the Bundesliga. According to Sky Sports Deutschland, the 21-year-old Mavbek will go to Frankfurt in the coming days for negotiations with local Eintracht.

The Frankfurt Club invited a player to Germany so that he could get acquainted with infrastructure and conditions, as well as discuss possible transfer details. This is not a medical examination, and the agreement has not yet been achieved – the process is at the stage of studying opportunities.

Last season, Makaiti only went out in the start of the City in the Premier League matches, giving birth to a wave of rumors about his potential leaving from the club. At the same time, this summer he became the captain of the U21 England national team, which won the Euro-2025 youth-this only increased the interest in the player. His name has already been associated with the interest from several teams-in particular, Dortmund Borussia and Nottingham Forest, who, according to English media, views the player as a possible replacement of Morgan Gibbs-Weim.
