The ship arrested in the framework of criminal proceedings was put on open bidding through the system “Prozorro. sale”. The asset was estimated at UAH 2.4 million, but during a competitive auction it was sold for UAH 6.4 million.
The new owner of the ship was the Ukrainian company. The court’s decision states that the vessel lost with the subject of criminal proceedings and received a new legal status – commercial property.
Also, the Deposit Guarantee Fund has announced an auction for the sale of atypical assets of Prominvestbank PJSC, which is under liquidation.
