The Center for Combating Corruption (CPC) states that the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR) conducts searches with the chairman of the CPC Board Vitaliy Shabunin at the place of service in the Chuguev district of Kharkiv region, as well as at home.

“According to our information, searches conducts DBR at the place of service of Vitaliy in the Chuguev district of Kharkiv region. As of now, we know that the DBRivtsi have been seized from Vitaliy. Also, the searches spend at Vitaliy at home where his wife and two young children live. What is the point of such searches, if Vitaliy does not live there for at least a few months – we do not understand, ”the CPC reports on social networks.

The organization argues that “searches are conducted without a court order” and suggest, it is a criminal proceedings against the sabunin – Viktor Yushka’s eccomander, which concerns Shabunin’s business trips to NAPC.

“We regard these searches as another wave of attack on Vitaliy Shabunin and the CPC because of criticism of the President’s office and personally Andrei Yermak. We believe that a few days ago, Vitaliy was deliberately transferred from Kiev/Kharkiv so that lawyers could not come to the site of the search, ”the CPC states.

In the DBR, these investigative actions have not commented on. The President’s office did not respond to the charges.
