In Kherson region, a person was killed in Belozerka due to the morning Russian shelling of the health care institution, the head of the regional military administration Alexander Proudin said.

“The body of the murdered woman, whose identity is now being installed, was found under the rubble,” he wrote in the telegram.

Proudin added that the patient and two health care staff were also injured because of this Russian blow.

According to the Ministry of Health, as of July 1, 2025, damage or complete destruction of 2 384 objects of 781 health care institutions, of which – 2 076 objects underwent partial damage, another 308 objects were completely destroyed. Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv and Kherson regions suffered the greatest losses.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
