North Korea currently supplies up to 40% of Russia’s ammunition for war in Ukraine, as the partnership between Pyongyang and Moscow is deepening. This was stated by the head of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov in an interview with Bloomberg News.

According to him, Kim Jong -in regime also supplies other weapons to the Russian Federation, including ballistic missiles and artillery systems. In exchange for this, Russia gives North Korea money and technology, helping to mitigate Pyongyang international isolation.

The head of GUR MO also adds that North Korea has huge reserves and production lasts around the clock.

It is known that Russia has strengthened military relations with North Korea after signing a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement in June last year. North Korea sent thousands of soldiers to help Moscow displace Ukrainian troops from the territories in the Kursk region.

Kim Jong -in promised to support Russia in the war, and Western intelligence estimates that Pyongyang had sent millions of artillery shells to the Russian army.
