The Security Service of Ukraine has wanted Taras Barabash – co -owner of one of the largest domestic producers of tea and coffee, JSC Monomakh. According to the information on the Ministry of Internal Affairs website, the date of its disappearance is indicated on June 16.
Earlier, on June 10, the SBU conducted searches in the offices of the company and at the place of residence of a number of its employees in the framework of criminal proceedings under the article on assistance to the aggressor state committed by a group of persons (Part 2 of Article 28, Part 1 of Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code).
According to the investigation, Barabash, despite the ban on exports to the Russian Federation, organized a scheme of supply of products through Poland and Belarus. Ukrainian production products were originally in the Polish company Lovare sp. Z oo, registered with the head of the Monomakha export department, then – to the Belarusian LLC “Natur Teknologis”, and from there – to the market of the Russian Federation.
In particular, the supply of products to the Russian enterprise of the LDK OOO, which was carried out at least by May 2024, was recorded.
As part of the proceedings, the court arrested the accountant of the company, which was also involved in the scheme. At the same time, the court refused to send her into custody, choosing a precautionary measure in the form of 24 -hour house arrest.
