Lithuanian foresters handed over pickups and fire trucks to Ukraine – LRT

The Lithuanian State Enterprise for Forest Management has transferred 15 pickups and two fire trucks to Ukraine for work in the forest. According to LRT, Lithuanian State Forest Management (VMU) has collected 15 pickups in its regional units in support of Ukraine. The Lithuanian State Forest Management Company transferred to Ukraineand 15 pickups and two fire trucks adapted to work in the forest.

As reports LRT, Lithuanian State Forest Management Enterprise (VMU) has collected in with15 pickups in support of Ukraine. The cars were transferred to the authorities of the village of Sand, in the western suburbs of Kharkiv.

Before departure, the machine was served and checked for service. They are now involved in humanitarian needs in Kharkiv region.

In addition, two fire trucks adapted for use in the forest were handed over, for the Claudievsky Forest Research Station, whose property was destroyed and stolen during occupation.

In total, during the full -scale war, this Lithuanian state -owned enterprise transferred 267 vehicles to Ukraine.

Earlier it became known that Lithuania funds the production of Ukrainian long -range weapons. The country agreed the first tranche of 10 million euros.

Lithuania previously supplied the Armed Forces of the M113 armored personnel carriers, they are already fighting on the front.
