Details: A person aware of the negotiations provided a copy of the last proposal for a truce submitted by Hamas intermediaries, and two more persons aware of the document confirmed his accuracy.

The document outlines plans for a 60-day truce, during which Hamas will pass 10 living and body of 18 dead hostages, and the Israeli troops will retreat to the buffer zone along the borders of Gaza with Israel and Egypt, and a considerable amount of humanitarian aid will be provided.
The document states that assistance will be distributed by the United Nations and the Palestinian Red Cross. It does not indicate what will happen to the US Organization “Humanitarian Gaza”, which since May has distributed food assistance. Israel wants it to replace the UN coordinated system.
As in previous ceasefire agreements, it is noted that Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli prisons will be released in exchange for hostages, but their number has not yet been agreed.
According to AR, the proposal does not guarantee the final cessation of the war – the conditions required by Hamas – but it provides that negotiations on a permanent ceasefire will take place within 60 days.
The publication writes that during this time “US President Donald Trump guarantees Israel’s compliance with” termination of military operations.
