Details: According to British intelligence, Mikhail Gudkov, Deputy Commander of the Naval Fleet of Russia, has recently been eliminated at least the second high-ranking general, who died since the beginning of the year.

In total, from the beginning of a full -scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has lost at least 16 generals, it is reported in the review.
“The loss of such a number of high -ranking officers has probably undermined the command of command and management in some units of the Armed Forces of Russia. This probably led to Russia’s tactical and prompt difficulties during the conflict,” the Britain’s intelligence said.
Recall that Major General Gudkov was liquidated on July 2 in Kursk region.
Gudkov was appointed Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Navy of Russia at the end of March, and before that he commanded the 155th Marines Brigade, involved in the execution of the Ukrainian military.
Last week, Britain intelligence pointed to the extent of unauthorized abandonment of service in the army of the Russian Federation.
