21 people approached the medical assistance after the morning Russian blow to Poltava, the city council secretary Kateryna Yamshchikova reported.

According to the authorities, more than 20 buildings of different ownership, more than 100 windows, 10 residential apartment buildings, seven private households, two educational establishments, business buildings and dozens of private cars have been damaged in Poltava.
