In June 2024, the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal, unlawful and denied the claim of the Ministry of Justice to liquidate the party. The decree came into force upon adoption and appeal.
The Our Territory Party, which was created mainly by the recent prohibited pro -Russian Party of Regions, has been repeatedly accused of pro -Russian and anti -state activities. The Security Service of Ukraine stated that some party functionaries were involved in the subversive activity, and the Honest movement included “our region” in the list of leaders of the rating of state traitors.
At the same time, the party insists that from the day of its founding remain “pro -Ukrainian, patriotic political force”, and all accusations are called “unfounded and illegal.”
We will remind, the Cassation Administrative Court in the Supreme Court on April 3, 2025 made a decision in favor of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in the case of a claim for companies related to the Surkis family.
