Pledge for the minister Viceremier-Minister, Minister of National Unity Alexei Chernyshovwho is suspected of abusing office and bribery, made 120 million hryvnias of pledge on different days.
As it happened known “Schemes”, money made:
- Chernyshov’s wife (initially 10 million hryvnias, and later another UAH 2,668)
- Private firm LLC “Foravto Thor” from the Dnieper, which was created in April this year and sells car details (66 million hryvnias). Its director Edward Martynenko stated that she was heard for the first time about bail.
- Darius Bedya Marketing Director, whose co -owners are the developer Alexander Nasikovsky and, according to the media, businessman and investor Maxim Kripp (UAH 44 million). In a comment to Scheme, Nasikovsky reported that he was “unknown” about the pledge of collateral and that on behalf of the company, the manager “no one has authorized”.
Recall that on June 27, the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court considered the issue of choosing a preventive measure for Chernyshov. Prosecutors of the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office insist on a pledge of UAH 120 million, without detention.
The investigation suspects Chernyshov of abuse of office and receiving undue benefits. According to NABU, he, together with other officials, organized a scheme for transferring the capital land to the developer at a reduced price.
During the court hearing on June 27, Chernyshov reported that he was not ready at the time of the court’s decision to transfer the set amount.
