- On July 2, it became known that for Chernyshov, 120 million hryvnias were made.
- Bax appointed Chernyshov, who is suspected of abusing office and receiving undue benefits in a particularly large amount, a safety measure in the form of a collateral of 120 million 2 thousand 668 UAH.
- The court also imposed a number of responsibilities on the Viceremier, in particular: to arrive at the request of the detective, the prosecutor and the court, to inform the change of place of residence and place of work, not to leave outside the territory of Ukraine, to refrain from communicating with other suspects and witnesses in the case.
- At the same time, the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court did not dismiss the Viceremier from office for 2 months, as the detectives of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau were asked.
