After successful equipment, the military tried to sell 9 more grenades and 3 grenade launchers for 65 thousand UAH, but was detained by DBR operatives.
In general, the facts of sales of 35 grenades and 12 grenade launchers belonging to its unit are documented. The estimated cost of weapons is over UAH 1.7 million. ”
Details: Law enforcement officers found and seized all weapons, including already sold, and removed the drone.
After all the necessary legal procedures, the gates will be returned to the Armed Forces.
The serviceman has been informed of suspicion in:
- assignment of combat supplies and explosives using office in martial law (Part 4 of Article 410 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),
- wearing, purchase and sale of combat supplies, explosives and devices without the law provided for by law (Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Sanctions are envisaged up to 15 years in prison.
The detainee was chosen by a preventive measure – detention with the possibility of bail.
