Russia, not Ukraine with the United States, delayed negotiations. This was stated by special representative of President Donald Trump Kit Kellogg, responding to Speaker Vladimir Putin Dmitry Peskov.
– Peskov’s recent comments on the state of negotiations are Orwellivshchyna. Russia’s statement that the US and Ukraine are inhibiting peace talks are unjustified, – he wrote in X.
According to Kelloga, President Trump consistently and firmly insists on progress to termination of the war.
– We call for immediate ceasefire and transition to tripartite negotiations to end the war. Russia cannot continue to delay the bombing of civilian objects in Ukraine, – he added.
