Details: According to him, new shelters, armor and other protective structures are being built at the locations of preparation. Additional engineering solutions aimed at protecting our warriors, training and recovering are implemented.
During the monthly service meeting to improve the quality of preparation in the Armed Forces, strengthen the safety in training centers and other problematic issues, Sirsky emphasized the mandatory compliance with the requirements for shelter equipment in training centers and landfills, as well as at correct and prompt air alarm.
The commander -in -chief identified the task of improving the preparation. Among them – to organize the fixing of newly created army buildings on training battalions, which operate as part of the training centers.
The newly appointed Deputy Chief of General Staff, Major General Igor Skibiuk, will be responsible for the direction of preparation.
Syrsky also noted that the term of the basic general training will be increased – to 51 days (compared to 49 days now). In particular, for two days will be added to the training of military personnel to counteract the enemy.
