UEFA has made a decision to participate in several clubs in the European Cups of the 20125/26 season, which were at risk because of violations of multi-class violations. This was reported by the press service of the Union of European Football Associations.

After studying the documents, the UEFA Disciplinary Chamber (CFCB First Chamber) decided that on March 1, 2025, the clubs of Dier (Hungary) and DAC 1904 (Slovakia) violated the provisions of Article 5.01 of the Regulation. As a result, Dier was admitted to the conference League and the DAC was denied.

A similar decision was previously made regarding the Irish Droged United and Danish Silkeborg: only Slykeborg was admitted to the European Cups.

The case with the participation of Lyon and the Crystal Peles was temporarily postponed. The reason is the need to wait for the French financial supervision of the DNCG financial supervision on the final status of Lyon. If the club remains in League 2, then, according to the peace agreement, Lyon will be automatically excluded from the European Cups.
