In “Action” there was a replacement service of the car passport online

The Ministor has launched a new service in the action “Action” – now Ukrainians can replace the passport with a car completely online. This will be useful in case of loss of document, damage, change of license plates or digital format.

To use the service, you need to go to the “Action” application to the Services Section → Driver → Replace the Passport, sign a statement and choose a convenient way of delivery of a new document – in the branch or courier of Ukrposhta.

The service is available for cars that meet the following conditions:

• age from 18 years;
• availability of tax number (ROCPP) in “Action”;
• availability of biometric document (ID card or certificate) in “Action”;
• registered with car ownership.

The service works without a visit to the Ministry of Internal Affairs Service Center.
