– Could you introduce and tell you about your experience?
– I started my career at the Galatasarai Academy, like most other coach assistants, and because of the injury, it completed it very early. He received his higher education and returned to the Galatasarai Academy as a coach, then worked for 11 years in the national team. For the last three years, I have worked with Arda Turran in Eupspor, but I still continue to be a trainer of the Turkish national team.
– Tell us about the responsibilities in Shakhtar. Is there anything about working with Andriy Pyatov?
– As you know, I am a goalkeeper coach on a team. On the first day, when I heard that Pyatov was here, he was excited and excited, because he is a legend of club and Ukrainian football. Arriving here for preparation, we have very well embarked, we communicate perfectly, we interact perfectly on the field. Very happy to work with him and if you ask him, I hope he will answer the same.
– What is your opinion about goalkeepers and can everyone be briefly described?
– The first thing I can say: everyone is very responsive, very hardworking, very fond of football. Also have big dreams. It is necessary to work together for some time – I spent a week with them – so I cannot say anything specific about their personalities. But Fesyun seems to be the most cuddled, in my opinion, he jokes in training, everyone laughs with him. After all, I think they are all wonderful people.
– What are your main requirements for players and the main tasks as a coach?
– During the first week I demanded hard work, like our head coach – we accurately emphasize it. As for specific things: as you know, nowadays, repetition, decision -making, so we focus on this, do everything, we repeat the techniques in the goalkeeper. And finally, I want them to perform all the movements that go from the inside, you know how a brain reflex, so I mostly focus on it. This is our first week with Pyatov, he thinks the same system as I do, so we are working on it now.
– How is it part of Shakhtar?
– Shakhtar is not very distant for us in view of both distance and equipment, because we worked with Lucescu and always monitored the team. They knew that we were going to a large club with experience, culture, successes, but when we came to the field, we saw even more than we expected. Therefore, we are very happy to be here and try to bring this club more success and more happy days.
– What are your main goals and ambitions with Shakhtar?
– We have short -term and long -term dreams. Short -term – to pass the UEFA Europa League group stage, and then win the Championship and the Cup of Ukraine. But in the long run, all of us have one dream, like our coach Arda Turan – to win the Champions League with this team. But it will be a step by step. Our first goal is to go through the group stage of the Europa League and to win the championship and the Cup of Ukraine again.
