During the election of a precaution on Friday, the prosecutor’s office asked to elect a Chernyshov pledge of 120 million hryvnias and put an electronic bracelet on it.
Prehistory:
- On June 13, NABU and SAP announced the exposing of a corruption equipment in the construction sphere with the participation of top officials of the state, which could lead to the infliction of more than 1 billion UAH of losses. Anti -corruption authorities reported suspicion to 5 defendants, including two persons related to Chernyshov – former State Secretary of the Ministry of Regional Development Vasyl Volodin and former adviser to minister Maxim Gorbatiuk. According to the UP in law enforcement and political circles, about a month ago searches were conducted in Chernyshov.
- On June 22, Viceremier said that he returned to Ukraine on a business trip and returned to work in the Cabinet of Ministers on June 23.
- On June 23, he came to NABU. There he was informed about suspicion of abuse of office and receiving undue benefits in a particularly large amount for himself and third parties.
