Four officers were exposed in the deadly souls’ fictitious service scheme: losses over 7 million

Four military units reported suspicion of organizing a fictitious conscription scheme, which caused the state for UAH 7.7 million.

Details: The suspicion was declared prosecutors of the Odessa Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in the field of defense of the Southern Region.
According to the investigation, the former commander of a separate battalion of radio electronic wrestling, his deputy, deputy in logistics and company commander issued a “non -existent military service”.

Literally: “They issued a fictitious conscription of citizens and received payments and other security for them. For 60 fictitious servicemen, officers unreasonably calculated more than 7.7 million UAH of budgetary funds, and they sold excess food supply.”

Details: The suspect is charged with Part 4 of Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – the seizure of another’s property through abuse of office, repeatedly committed, in the organized group, in large sizes, in the conditions of martial law.

• On June 23, it became known that the court had sent a detention with the alternative of pledge to the deputy of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Marianna Kiziyarov (formerly Miroshnichenko), which is suspected of fictitious military service to obtain payments and create a positive image.
