In Ukraine, since the beginning of 2025, the territorial centers of completion have opened more than 28 thousand proceedings due to violations of military accounting rules. In the last three months, another 11,000 new cases have been added, and April has become a record – more than 5.6 thousand cases.
This is stated in the reception report.
The loudest incident occurred in Chernihiv: a local shopping center opened eight cases against one man, five of them in April, three more – in early June. This is still an absolute record in 2025.

In the capital, the most proceedings were opened by the Podilsky Criminal Code – 1 100 cases in half a year.
Analysts say that the control by the CCC is increasing, and the number of cases will probably increase in the second half of 2025.

Five citizens have been informed about suspicion of organizing illegal crossing across the state border of evasion, two of which were killed at the crossing of the Tisza River.
