Details: A statement about the special tribunal in the Council of Europe was made after the Committee of Ministers of the CoE on Tuesday authorized the Secretary -General to sign an agreement covering the charter of this tribunal.

Earlier, the Ukrainian side reported about the signing of the special -purpose agreement.
This will happen within the framework of the first visit of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to the Council of Europe on June 25.
