Prehistory:
- The head was detained for receiving a bribe in the summer of 2023. According to the investigation, together with two deputies of the Ternopil VCA he demanded almost UAH 1.8 million from the owner of the enterprise for signing acts of completed works on construction and repair of infrastructure objects by the municipal enterprise of the Ternopil Regional Council.
- On June 28, 2023, the head was arrested for 60 days with the possibility of making a pledge of 805 thousand UAH, and on June 29 it was already released after payment of this amount.
- On August 1, 2024, the court renewed the Golovka as chairman of the Ternopil Regional Council, but on the same day, deputies of the regional council voted for his release.
- In February, the Golovka reported another suspicion – in the non -polishing property worth more than UAH 2 million.
- On March 6, the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court issued an indictment to the deputy chairman of the Ternopil Ova Igor Gaiduk, who was detained for attempting to receive UAH 1.8 million of bribe and imprisoned him in the form of 8 years and 2 months of imprisonment.
