On June 21, he came to another car at night, poured it with a combustible mixture and tried to set fire to. This time he was detained by law enforcement officers at the crime scene, preventing fire.
The young man was reported suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – deliberate destruction or damage to property by arson. The issue of election of the detained pre -trial detention in the form of detention is resolved.
