The topic of mobilization is in something painful, in something controversial, in something provocative. And one of the most important in the conditions of war. So it is not surprising that Ukrainian politicians are increasingly using it in its rhetoric. And recently there are not only calls before improving the conditions of mobilization or work of the CCC, but increasingly criticizing the system and territers. Moreover, some politicians call forced mobilization “a threat to society” than, of course, They attract the part of a society that tries to avoid service in the army.

Alexei Koshel: Criticism of mobilization is either Russian money or lack of shopping center reform – Recently, a new trend has appeared in the Ukrainian politicum – criticism of mobilization. – I would consider criticism of mobilization in two parts. The first is Arestovich and “comrades” who are hiding abroad. It is clear that they need to live for something, and obviously they do not dwell on Russian money. Therefore, this campaign-“Arestovichi”, “Sharias” and many, many others-I would consider solely in the context of Russian propaganda and Russian influences. However, Moscow does not spare finances to destabilize the situation within Ukraine.

The second question is a neat, careful criticism of the mobilization and work of the CCC by individual Ukrainian politicians. And here it is worth considering this topic in two aspects. The first is the effort to earn political points for themselves, because the number of men who hide in apartments and homes is quite large. And they plus their families are sensitive to mobilization. Yes, such an electoral group exists.

– But the problem with the work of the CCC, which does not always fit into the law, exists … The other day he was traveling in a taxi, and the driver argued that in a democratic country they could not “boosify” people.

– Now, indeed, there are many issues regarding the inability of the authorities to reform the Tax Code. This structure is still subordinate to the land troops, which in itself is quite strange, I would even say – absurd. They should be subordinate to an independent body.

But if we do not even have the opportunity to carry out a full reform during the war, we need to form several principles. The first principle is that there should be no man of reasons for the CCC and no conscript. There should be only soldiers who were injured and unable to perform their responsibilities at the front, or professional lawyers who could do at a sufficiently high level of work at the CCC.

In Europe, a lot more than in Ukraine – Is it possible to say that Ukraine is now divided into, say, “Patriots” and “Party of Evductions”? And who is real now?

– I would not have done such a rigid division into “patriots” and “evidence”. Just in war, the logic of certain actions, sympathy and dislike is different. For example, I would distinguish a third group that are patriots who are ready to help the front not only morally but also financially. But when it comes to armed protection, mobilization, they say that “it does not apply to me.”

I would not talk about something special, because sometimes, when I read individual materials on this topic, I generally gets the impression that they are trying to blacken the Ukrainians.

– But evastors exist, and they have suffrage. How threatening is it to Ukraine?

– I think we have reason to say that this problem is not massive today.

– By the way, and in the world how now with the theme of patriotism?

– If we look at statistics in Poland, Germany in the issue of readiness to protect the state, we will see much worse figures than ours. Most Poles, Germans, French also do not want to fight and will flee from it. Again, the practice of wars, including the First and Second World War, shows that desertion in Europe was simply widespread.

Remark Briefly about

Polskie Radio-24 in May this year led data from the socialization of IBRIS, which shows that only 21% of Poles are ready to defend their country with weapons. And in March this year, Focus wrote that 57% of the Germans were not ready to defend their country at all in the event of an attack.

There will be a lot of military in the new parliament, which is the defeat – On the other hand, many experts now predict that in the new parliament there will be a very rich military – Zaluzhny, Mid, Budanov, Dropaty, Magyar. That is, the Patriots Party will retain its influence?

– trust in the military – more than 90%. Therefore, it is quite natural that about half of the parliament – these will be natives of the military environment.

– How will it affect Ukrainian policy in general? Because successful general is one, and a successful politician is quite another.

– I understand that many have started political games, but there will be several hundred wonderful specialists in the environment of Ukrainian servicemen – both managers and lawyers who will be able to show a fairly high quality of legislative work.

The political scientist believes that those who want to nourish their rating are now speculating on this topic. But the theme of mobilization will sometimes come to naught.

– This year there will be no elections in Ukraine. And then in the elections will “Play” those factors that will be relevant at that time. When there is a stable truce, only then you can talk about elections, and then there will be other topical topics. And then the mobilization factor will lose its significance. Then a more urgent topic will be demobilization.

It will need to be done in stages. But some political forces will exploit and hipped the topic of total demobilization for all that is impossible.

But even now, the electoral group of “evidence” is quite blurred and can not have a great effect on the result of any election. They are not political, but existential interest.

These people do not associate their intention to evade the army with politics: how to “split” from the army, how to leave the country, etc. And these interests do not associate with politics.

Another highlight of the election may be the topic of Russian. For example, it will emphasize Russia during peace talks, and those Ukrainian voters who want peace at any price will agree to Moscow’s demands, – the expert said.
