The Commercial Court of Kyiv refused the prosecutor’s office to satisfy the claim for the return of the hunting ground in the Rivne region, which is used by LLC “Hunting-Fisheries Club” Kosirichi “.
The court made the corresponding decision on June 12.
In 2022, the Rivne Regional Council transferred to the use of 5 hectares of reserve tract “Reference Pine Planting”, which is part of the nature reserve fund and is located in the Karpilovsky Forestry of the State Enterprise “Rokytne Forestry”. The club has received permission to hunt.
The Sarny District Prosecutor’s Office insisted that hunting within the protected tract was contrary to the purpose of its creation – to preserve the oak forest. Law enforcement officers demanded to terminate the contract with the club and return the lands to the state, referring to violations of the laws on the nature reserve fund and hunting.
However, the court found that the prosecutor’s office did not provide sufficient evidence of violations by Kosirichi LLC, including no confirmation of hunting in the territory of the protected tract. Because of this, the prosecutor’s office was rejected.
The owner of the club is Ruslan Pisarchuk, and the head is Bogdan Vlasyuk.
