“Flights to the Air Force of the UK Air Force Akrotiri in Cyprus are departing from this base.
In her statement, the Propalistous group wrote that activists “used recycled fire extinguishers to spray red paint into turbine engines of two Airbus Voyager aircraft, and also caused additional damage by scrap.”
“Red paint, which symbolizes the spilled Palestinian blood, was also sprayed into the runway and left the flag of Palestine. Both activists were able to avoid detention and escape from protection,” the statement said.
