The battalion commander also explained what changes he demands, but he expressed doubts that the issued problems would really be solved. He added that he intends to continue to achieve changes in the army.
“This is a matter of managerial change concerning the setting of tasks, assessing the situation, planning the necessary preliminary measures, creating appropriate conditions. This is about making decisions – that is, the limits of responsibility. It is also a question of recovery, infantry, equipment. In fact, a lot of them. Some of them have already been talking about. – said Shirshin.
At the same time, he considers the conclusion of the official inspection, which was found to be “undisciplined”.
“The problem is that it has been done unfairly, even the reasons they did not be true,” he said.
According to him, the report on removal from office was not satisfied.
“I expect a decision, I continue to perform responsibilities, I am directly managing the battalion,” Shirshin said.
