According to Sky Sports, Joseph Parker, who is a compulsory contender for battle with the winner of the match Oleksandr Usik – Daniel Duba, will enter the ring in September as part of his WBO temporary title.
The rival will be the veteran Derek Chisora, for whom it will be the 50th battle in professionals.
It is reported that Parker is ready to fight and does not want to pause to a duel against Usik or Duba, which would hardly happen this year.
Interestingly, Parker and Chisora have met in the ring twice. Both fights won Parker, but the first was difficult – Joseph was twice in knockdles, and the victory was only a separate decision.
