Ruslan Kravchenko is a native of Severodonetsk, Luhansk region. Since 2024 he held the position of head of the State Tax Service.
He was the chairman of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration (from 2023 to 2024). He headed the Buchan District Prosecutor’s Office since 2021.
