In the first 5 months of 2025, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets received more than 1.6 thousand complaints about the actions of the Tax Code and JV during the mobilization of the military and their families.

During 2023, about 0.5 thousand requests for the mobilization rights were received from the conscripts and their relatives to the Ombudsman. For 2024 such complaints were more than 3.3 thousand. During the first 5 months of 2025, more than 1.6 thousand were received similar appeals.

“Concerning a request for the number of complaints about the actions of the CCC and JVs from the citizens received in 2022, I note that the Department has information about the receipt of 18 requests on the compliance of rights during conscription during mobilization,” the statement reads.
