Social networks have spread massively that McDonald’s seems to be considering the closure of institutions in high risk areas.
The McDonald’s press service in Ukraine has denied information on the network.
“The news that is now spreading on the possible closure of McDonald’s restaurants in Dnipro and Chernihiv is not true,” the company’s press service said.
There were now 112 of 127 McDonald’s restaurants in Ukraine, and 15 establishments (in Kharkiv, Zaporozhye, Nikolaev and Sumy) remain closed for safety reasons.
“However, we do not intend to close institutions in other regions,” McDonald’s press service emphasized in Ukraine.
