The lawyer Rymshina asked for the prosecutor’s dismissal allegedly because of the forgery of evidence. The court did not grant this request.
Also, the lawyer of the Excomander Rymshina stated that the pledge of 30 million hryvnias was exaggerated and his client could not pay it because of the low income of his family.
At the hearing The prosecutor stated that Rymshin did not announce “630 cases of HCP” in the Brigade “Anna Kyivska”.
The lawyer explained this by the fact that Rymshin was on a business trip and had a temporary acting of the team commander. Dmitry Rymshin was in France during the exercises of part of the military brigade, namely his acting responsibilities formed lists of military.
The prosecutor requested the continuation of the pre -trial detention for 60 days, by July 20, and the possibility of making a bail of UAH 30 million.
The court granted the prosecutor’s request for continuing detention by July 20 and the pledge reduced to UAH 27 million.
Earlier, the Kyiv Court of Appeal left the eczeper of the 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Anna Dmitry Rumin in custody. At the same time, he was reduced from 90 to 50 million hryvnias.
