The incident happened at the end of May, but it became known only on June 8, when a video was shot on the social network, shot by one of the attackers during the crime.
Police officers quickly installed the persons involved in the torture – two acquaintances, residents of the district who operated by prior conspiracy. Both boys were detained in procedural order.
The issue of notifying them about suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 127 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – torture committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy. The crime is punishable by imprisonment for up to 10 years.
The court for the election of a preventive measure is also being prepared. Police urged citizens to refrain from spreading the video and provide the investigation with the necessary information, if any.
