Due to the powerful thunderstorms, hail and strong gusts of the wind that passed the territory of Ukraine, as of Monday morning, 508 settlements in nine regions remain completely or partially de -adjacent.
This was reported by Ukrenergo, saying that the powerful crews of the power company were already working on the restoration of power supply.
Experts make every effort to return the light to all consumers as soon as possible.
Increased energy consumption was recorded in the morning – it exceeded the previous working day by 2.5%. The main reason for this growth was cloudy weather, which significantly reduced the efficiency of private solar power plants.
Because of this, Ukrainians use more actively electricity from the total network, which creates additional load on the power system.
Ukrenergo reminds that the country’s energy system continues to recover after the massive rocket-arable attacks of Russia. Energy-renewable work continues continuously, because the effects of shelling are still noticeable in many regions.
The operator of the power system urges citizens to use electricity rationally and, if possible, to transfer the use of powerful electrical appliances for the daytime – from 10:00 to 18:00.
Recall that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development reminded its right to stop the granting of credit and to demand early repayment of already issued loans due to changes in the charter of Ukrenergo.
