“We are expecting to join the OECD next year,” the head of the government said.
Schmigal reminded that in 2023, the OECD program for Ukraine was launched in Paris, and at the same time Kiev started a dialogue for joining the organization. In these two years, according to him, Ukraine, together with the OECD, launched 23 events and joined eight legal instruments.
In particular, the Prime Minister, the Government:
- He created and launched anti -corruption infrastructure, “practically implemented the state anti -corruption program, which is 80% meet the OECD criteria”
- scaled digitalization
- Conducts “comprehensive deregulation” – already canceled up to 2,000 regulatory tools
- “Has success” in the implementation of OECD standards in the field of privatization and corporatization, privatization revenues exceeded the planned 2.5 times.
- He did a great job about the triability of state -owned enterprises, as well as identified a list of state -owned companies, where independent supervisory boards will be created
“As a result of our reforms, the experience of daily corruption of Ukrainians has decreased from 70% to 15% in recent years. It is an indicator that changes the paradigm of state development from post -Soviet to European, ”the Prime Minister added.
In November 2023 The Government has approved a plan of implementation measures Programs of Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development for Ukraine.
