The digital transformation Ministry has announced the launch of the Sandbox test site for blockchain and artificial intelligence -based decisions. The project is created for Checking new technologies in a safe environment.
According to the ministry, it is the “first state sandbox”, which allows the teams to develop their ideas at their own pace – from prototypes to the projects of the level of “Ukrainian unicorns”. Participants will receive consultations from lawyers, technical professionals and business analysts.
The initiative aims to strengthen the digital ecosystem, facilitate the development of a regulatory framework in the fields of AI and Web3, as well as strengthen the economy through the support of innovative entrepreneurship.
“Sandbox stimulates the emergence and scaling of Shi- and blockchain companies in key spheres of life- medicine, agricultural sector, education and defense, digital economy and government management,” the department said.
The sandbox will act as an experiment on the basis of the Ukrainian startup fund by the end of 2026. After that, the Minister will evaluate the results and consider the possibility of launching a permanent mechanism for maintaining innovation.
Recall that in May, Trustee Plus cryptogamane stopped registration of Ukrainian users against the background of uncertainty in regulating the digital asset market.
