Such an event happened on April 21, 2025 on the highway between Yavoriv and Lviv districts. The schoolgirl climbed on the road “Rava-Ruska”, filmed it on video for Russian music, and then posted it on social networks. Such an incident has become public.
Already at the court session, the girl in the presence of her legal representative fully pleaded guilty and sincerely repented of the act.
“She noted that she is a minor, graduated from grade 11 and prepares for joining a higher education institution, made the necessary conclusions for herself and will not take such actions in the future. She asked the court to impose a punishment in the form of a warning,” the material reads.
Therefore, the Yavoriv court found the schoolgirl guilty of committing an administrative offense, which is provided for in Art. 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (small hooliganism), and decided to apply in the form of punishment – a warning.
