Details: Umerov also announced the appointment of a new person in the land troops, which will be responsible for recruiting, mobilization, training of the military and introducing new approaches in these processes to ensure quality training of fighters. However, the minister did not say who it will be and when to wait for the appointment.
That preceded:
- On June 1, Russian troops struck a rocket strike under the Armed Forces Land Forces Educational Unit – at least 12 killed and more than 60 wounded are known.
- On the same day, Dropaty filed a resignation report through the tragedy and noted that as the commander could not fully ensure the execution of his orders.
- Earlier, Dropaty stated that it remains in order, because he had a conversation with Zelensky and received a task from him.
