However, at the final stage of choosing Kryvbas head coach remained only two candidates – Imad Ashur and Patrick Van Leuven. Thus, the variant of the appointment of Yuri Maximov was not implemented. According to recent reports, Kryvbas should be headed by Patrick Van Leuven.
Recall that Maximov leaves Vorskla after defeat in the butt matches for the right to stay in UPL. The Poltava team gave way to the penalties (2: 1, 0: 1, Pen. 3: 4). Interestingly, the 56-year-old specialist planned to leave the club regardless of the result of the playoffs.
Vorskla will fall to the first league for the first time since 1996 and play under the guidance of a new coach, if the club does not interfere with financial problems.
